The Scottish Graduate School for Arts and Humanities (SGSAH) is welcoming session proposals from staff at HEIs (academics including ECRs, and professional services) and external organisations for our annual Summer School which will be taking place the week commencing 17 June. This year, the SGSAH Summer School will be taking a hybrid approach with online sessions being held on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 June, and in-person sessions on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 June at The ARC in the West End of Glasgow.

A series of live discipline-focused, thematic and transferable skills-based workshops and seminars will be delivered across these four days. The annual Summer School aims to give researchers the knowledge, practical tools and confidence to communicate their research and engage in new ways. To gain an idea of the types of training events which take place, you can view last year's programme here.

If you would like to offer a workshop or event as part of the Summer School, please fill out the online form here. Please note that in order to view and complete the online form, you must register for an online SMA account if you do not already have one.

The submission deadline is Monday 11 March 2024, 23:59 (GMT).

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch with us at admin@sgsah.ac.uk
