In this online workshop, Dr Pasquale Iannone will draw on two decades of experience in radio (BBC Radio Scotland, Radio 3, Radio 4) to discuss the ways in which PhD students and recent graduates can disseminate their research via podcasting. The workshop will include an overview of recent scholarship in podcast studies such as the work of Ian M.Cook and Dario Llinares and it will offer participants some useful strategies in areas ranging from the generation of podcast ideas through to recording, editing and publishing episodes. There will be time for discussion.
